dear csfocus001
I feel we have at least one star crossing the right side limit of gray zone(borderline) to pass Total number of stars has nothing to do with passing of failure. The number of stars just indicates how wide was the variation in the scores received by students. (normal distribution) well I may be wrong...we need someone having knowledge in that... Any one there??????? |
