q about family practise - saroj

I have 1 more q frens.....I was making the list for family practise programs but the criteria of usce of 1 year and green card is present in mopst of them.I just have 2 months of observatotship and i need visa.Should I apply to those programs.Even in a place like NY only 10 programs matched my criteria.
Also how to decide which program may fit for fm and which may fit for im ......how?????

USCE 1 yr programs are looking for carribean grads, who rotate here, mostly in many New York hospitals. Dont waste ur money on them. They generally don't care for our application.
