It is fact as a friend mine applied last year that almost 60% of programs he applied did no answer

so cil, you mean atleast 40 % programs answered...that was much more than my expectation...

it will be good if 40% response, and half of them offer interview as it will be 20 iv for me, thanks becoz i applied one century.
