Hi guys,
My spouse got his I-140 appoved today and we will be filing I-485 sometime soon.
Based on the USCIS dates i can expect to have my EAD within 3 months. My qestion is is it ok if I change my current visa state to EAD from H1 ?
Also what do you mean by an immigrant in the current visa status (on ERAS profile)
Please clarify.
