5 proteins, all of same mol.wt but different isoelectric ph values are separated by electrophoresis at ph- 9.which of the proteins will migrate farthest from positive electrode??
a.PI=7 B.PI=8 C.PI=9 D.PI=10 E.PI=11.

if the ph is greater than pi ,the particle carres a negative charge
if the ph is lesser than pi ,the particle carries a positive here pi=7,ph=9= so negative charge,larger the magnitude difference ,more the charge simalarly 8, will also have a negative charge,but 7 has more pi=10 ,ph=9 =positive charge pi=9.ph=9=zero charge here the the one the most positive charge will migrate fartharesti = pi=10 ans is 10 ,pls post the ans
