65 male was found to have cavitary change in his left apical area of lung. pt presents cough, night sweats. pt was placed on isoniazid, rifampin, ethambutol, and pyrazinamide. TB was confirmed by sputum culture and mycobacteria is sensitive to everything antibiotics listed above, what is you next step in his pharmacological mngt?
