I am a FMG ,,,graduated 2004...very good hands on work experience in the caribbean. credentials step 1-88,stp2 -79,cs-passed,,,all first attempt...2 months observership in USA. need j1 visa. I am applying for family medicine....so far 5 rejections...Are there any chances for me to enter into FM residency even if I do 3 months observership/externship next year. Is it better I should pack up and prepare for the Indian exams....life is very confusing.Thn q 4 da help.

Hi friend,
I have a friend with almost same scores as you....she did her research for 8 months and applied next year and is currently an intern......this is an example I know of.....try to gather some more information before deciding.
