55 year old man comes for initial health maintenance .Last physician visit was 10 yra ago.non smoker and occasional drinker.normal examination.what immunization should be given.
1)HAV
2)MMR
3)INFLUENZA
4)pneumococcal

how to choose b/w influenza and DT guys.
i am getting really worried,there r soo many ambiguous question in ccssa which is suppose to be closest to exam

All adults over 50 should get influenza vaccine. Td booster has to be given every 10yrs, unless there is a dirty wound--and it is 5yrs since last Td, then Td has to be repeated. This guy needs Influenza and Tetanus.
