Connective tissue is week in the vessel walls so high pressure distends the root of aorta >>> aortal insufficiency. the other anomaly could be weakness of mitral valve leaflets - there will be prolapse

MVP during valsalva-->reduce preload-->increase murmur

squatting increase preload,increase afterload---->decrease murmur
