thanx susana, just one more question, do you know if current diagnosis and treatment is useful?

ATLS and ACLS would be really helpful for the step2(as well as for step2cs, step3).

well do you have any suggestions fot atls books?

Personally I don't have ATLS, but I have read that book in the hospital where I'm shadowing and there is a lot of helpful information. I have acls (taking exam is september) and it's very good, although little detailed treatment and doses for step2, otherwise if you know basic staff from ACLS, I think you can pass cardiology and FB obstruction questions on the exam very easily.
Hope I'm clear... Any other suggestions?
