dysfuntional uterine bleeding not attributable to organic disease..ok ok ok
90% of DUB - anovulation.
during anovulatory cycles, failure of ovulation results in lack o progesterone,
thus endometrium is exposed to prolonged estrogen stimulation..
so we have lot of estrogen and little progesterone - ok...
now the BIG QS:
why for the God sake in treatment we have to give
estrogen + gravol in order to stop bleeding, if we already have a lot of
estrogen stimulation?
