Second visit, is a little different. I described it in the International Medical Graduate's Best Hope sold on amazon.

First, you usually go there in white coat. They take you around, you spend the day with attendings and residents in clinic and on the floor so you can see their day-to-day operation.

You should still be ready to answer questions and it is also your opportunity to ask questions you might not have had the opportunity to answer at the first IV.
