query about DS forms??? - aspirantmle

hi,
i am applying for my visa,and need help for some columns in the DS forms..plz guide me with the following questions...
form157-organisation you would be staying with? are we supposed to write the ecfmg address??
form 156-name and telephone no.of person you would be staying with or visiting for tourism?
since i would be staying there in hotel only for my exam for about a week,what should i write for this??
