studied on and off for 6 months. got 90. missed 1-3 qs in each blocks, many long qs. 5-6of the qs were for step 1, like Down syn a pathology sample.
read kaplan step2 notes, did UW qbank, Kaplan q bank and EZ pass CCS.
my CCS cases were
bleeding in 3rd trimister
UTI
Acut MI
MVA
3 year boy no hx of vaccination came for vaccins
HIV and osteomylitis
ESRD
chronic constipation
bipolar

how would manage
3 year boy no hx of vaccination came for vaccins? and what is te initial mangement for preg pt who is cobncer of not feeling movements?

thanks for the info. What was your score in kaplan q bank and how much did you score in the step 3? my average in kaplan q bank was 59% and took my day 1 today. Will appreciate a reply.
