hi what is the difference between inevitable and incomplete abortion.....

both have POC coming out right..so is the difference only on ultrasound.

Inevitable: POC not expelled, only bleeding n cramping
Incomplete: Bleeding plus some POC

Both have cervical dilation and same management i.e emerg D n C
