Is there any kind soul to help me how to chose those phsiology answer with arrows up and down. I am wrong in these question all the time even i know well the concept but is there any trick to solve it better , please help me..appreciations

but there are lots of option with arrow up and down that make u confused that is why i make mistake so esily , so what sort of tip should i use if u know plz.
