This picture shows typical presentation of multiple myeloma:
malignant plasma cell has eccentric located nuclei, perinuclear clearing and bright blue cytoplasm (increased RER which synthesize Ig)
look at picture 13-3, Goljan RR, chapter multiple myeloma
