cancellation of appointment? - pluots

hi i have my test on 28th ie monday morning at 8.
when is the latest i can cancel my appointment?
is it possible to cancel on sunday night or monday morning.or do i have to cancel by friday evening?
friday is christmas so can i still cancel appointment on phone?
has any body cancelled or rescheduled their appointment on a sunday.
please let me know i am really tensed and not so confident about my prep.
also can you please suggest any telephone number other than 1 800 med exam ,from which i can get in touch with any of the representatives .

yes you can reschedule anytime but you have a fee.
