i thnk q 30 is TIA and aspirin is ans and for 36 may be VSD is ans. just for confirm i don't have answers for nbme 4.but other q really confusing. if these 2 r right don't bother but plz explain rest of them 9,15,28,38,45 from blk 2 nbme 4.thnk u all.
