differentiate between the klumpke's paralysis and the ulnar nerve lesion clinically?

Klumpke's is a brachial birth trauma, and so is found in newborns, involving C7, C8, & T1, presenting with Claw hand deformity.

Ulnar nerve lesions can present with varying muscle weakness and paresthesias, depending upon the site of lesion.

Plz correct me if am wrong.
