Hey has anyone here had an interview at jersey city med center. If so, can anyone please tell me as to how the interview went, and also what kind of questions do they ask in Interview? Do they ask any medical questions and stuff? Who interviews the candidates? Is it the PD or faculty that interviews? Please let me know. Thanks.

You will have morning report,introduction,interview(for me is PD only)...the other days is 2(pd & faculty),then hospital tour & NC.
On my iv day, PD told his residents to give more attention on h/o & PE rather than advanced tests.he asked me regular iv Qs & interesting case.i heard if he wants to give PM, he will give you a case(may be 3) & ask management.
He wants diversed resident population this year.
They give PM within 1wk of your iv,i heard.
You should have big breakfast,if not.. hungry until noon.

how did you like it? I felt the iv was pretty disorganized, and no one welcomed us in the morning.
I've been there but still do not know about the prog well............Give me some info
