Where do resident usually live near Texas Medical center ?

i heard that the housing is reasonable. cost of living is excellent. if you buy a house, you might need to pay 50% of tax. generally speaking, it is very nice place to live. good luck

the program should be responsible for applying for the license for the residents. so dont worry.
