my 2 cets:
1.Think postive
2.read good books
3. watch good movies, no wait- watch ALL movies; get a Netflix account!
4. Savor this time; you have worked hard and long, the struggle started in 1st year of med school, time to reap the fruits of your efforts, you have eraned the rest and sleep, enjoy it whilei t lasts.
5.Do some high intensity exercise to invigorate yourself- i just started Kick boxing and Zumba; AWSUM fun! Get in shape for the hard work ahead!!
6. Focus on what sub specialty interests you may have; exploare research mentors in the field, remember, the competition just get tougher @ every stage.
7. There's not much to prepare for scramble, so DON'T think about it; my mom says , positive thoughts attract positivee results, so just think POSITIVE!!!

Im on holiday spnding time with family and friends, reading books, keeping myself motivated and having fun. Done with step 3 so have nothing to fret about so far.
Ps. Dubin is a great EKG book as well as MGH pocketbook. I intend to hit the books again after the match.
