According to federal law, no one should lose thier job becuase they are pregnant.
However, you have 2 kids. Are you going to be the same person while you are pregnant.
Remember, first year, you are giving them first imperssion. If you end up strugglying, you will struggle for rest of your residency.
If you have an option, please wait until your second or third year. By then, Program knows you and you know the program. It will be much easier for you to arrange for yourself.
You are entering an unkown place. It doesn't matter what you heard or hear, your experience will be unique to you.
The less other unkown which you add to this equation. The easier will be for you to find an answer.
However, this is completely personal between you and your spouse. I am 100% sure, PD will support you all the way.
