I got it..but was not comfortable with some of the questions, esp the q where they ask which programs I ranked higher than theirs..is it a violation? I am not sure..again I dont think this survey will be sent to anyone who wasnt ranked, just doesnt make sense.

But I think it's kinda silly - how do they assume in every q that we ranked them lower than others. What if someone really did put them on top of their list, then the whole survey is invalid...
