step3 score for residency - ckstep2

what kind of score in step3 (both for visa seekers and GC holders) is going to increases the chances of residency ?

i know that it is not a criteria for residency, but since all of us are trying to pass step3 before residency, i was wondering what would be the best score to increase chances of getting into residency..

@To those who already passed step3 with high scores before IV session,
please give some input about "how much did the step 3 score help you"
