it shudnt be any problem...can u provide new lors in this short time?????
some one else asked the same q last week...ppl said it shud be ok. coz it is understood and ppl may have to use the same letters in scramble....of course, writer shudnt say :"he/she waived the right..." . gl

my advise is to apply thru eras=>u dont need to be worried about anything...coz it seems odds to send em copy of a LOR with "waived.." on it...it can damage ur application. up to u.
ppl advised to try to get the same LOR from the writer and ask to remove "waived" from it.

Thanks john 2007 for your comments!
My letters don't have "waived" in the body of letters. They have been waived only on cover letters which have sent to ECFMG/ERAS. So it seems it shouldn't be a problem!
