i want to reschedule my exam at prometric ,n im within 5 business days.....i also need to extend my slot.....but prometric are not responding to call.....what should i do now?

i think if you go and try and change your date to reschedule it will ask you to pay 250 or something since it is within 5 days ,try that GL
