I used 1 LOR's from my neuro rotation back in 2002, I had them update the date to sept 2008 when I applied the 1st time around and kept the same for 2009. Some programs ask them to be 1 year or less, but you will have to research which one. Make sure you get US LOR's as well if you do not have any..GL
