I didnt match this year and my credentials are not that great either. 75/81/84 passed, 2005 Graduate ,GC , 1 abstract & 1 poster presenatation in Neurology & observerships in neurology. I am thinking of switiching to Psychiatry for 2011 match , infact feel kind of lost right now. Please help me & guide me how to get an externship/observership in Psychiatry. Thanks in advance.
