Anyone knows if before bronchoscopy should be CT done or not and we can procced with bronchoscopy after Xray only?

Xray - and then open lung biopsy. Bronchoscopy may not reach peripheral masses.

ok for centraly located mass can we do bronchoscopy after x RAy or CT has to be done before bronchoscopy

in all cases of lung nodes/masses you need to do an open lung biopsy (considering the the pat is at hight risk of CA - age, smoker etc). Even for centraly located masses - as bronchoscopu with biopsy may give ypou false negative results. i don't think there is any need for CT.

CXR then CT then Bronch depending upon the location of the mass.

CXR, than depends on the risk factors, mass size and description. Next step is to try to find an old X-ray to see if mass was present. If the mass small and calcified, next step is CT. In most cases it is going to be a granuloma. If looks suspicious on CT and risk factors are present, do a broncoscopy or open biopsy depending on location.
