My USCIS has been approved last week and just waiting for it sa mail. Anyway after recieving the I-797 form ano na next na gawin ko? Kailangan ba meron ako copy ng contract sa hospital? or okay na yun letter of intent? during my interview sa embassy. Pls shed me some light on this thanks! Any previous experience would be much appreciated.

as for me naman, kaka file lang nung petition ko sa uscis. i paid the premium processing so sabi ng lawyer ko it'll get approved anytime soon. i also don't know what to do next. sabi nung iba, which i also confirmed with my lawyer, i can use na daw the receipt number of my petition to schedule an interview with the us consulate here in the phils.
xthine, can i ask for help regarding h4 visa application? i'm bringing kasi my husband with me. thanks! God bless!

@gsdoc2000, I sent na you an email.

Yun mga naayos na yun H1B visa this year, any experience sa embassy?

@Merdok: Sabi ng mga nagfile last year, dalhin mo daw lahat ng papeles na pinadala sa yo ng lawyer mo with the notice of action (e.g. requirements for H1b petition). Hinahanap daw sa embassy yung contract.

H1b din ako, baka this coming week daw mafile ng lawyer ko as premium processing. Sana mabilis din lang yung sa kin. Nakaka-agit tong waiting/transition period na to!

@trinomaniac, anung contract yun letter of intent ba yun? kasi parang sa nabasa ko yun pinaka contract sa june pa sign. What I have kasi is the letter of intent which I got last year pa. Like dun sa friend ko na mag apply ng J1, letter of intent din yun makuha nya. I'm not 100% sure pero I think yun letter of intent is what they are referring as aka contract.

Thanks!

Thanks again!
