corrected Na= Na + 0.016( serum glucose in mols -100)
corrected anion gap= anion gap + 0.25(normal albumin - measured albumin) where albumin is measured in g/l i really like this site www.mdcalc.com after nephro what do you plan to study?

1. for every 100 meq/l increase in glucose over normal (100mg), Sodium decreases by 1.6
2. For every 1 g/dl decrease in Albumin, Anion gap decreases by 2.5 I will start Respiratory next. Hopefully will finish nephro and electrolytes today.
