third generation cephalosporin ceftazidime(Fortaz).
Cipro ,if more than 18 years old Add amphotericin B if fever does not subside ,to cover for fungals

Yea Cool thanks.. There is a drug that is better than amphotericin for neutropenic and fever:
Caspofungin, micafungin, anidulafungin (Echinocandins) less mortality |
