US clinical experience is one of the most important factors to PDs when to decide to invite foreign medical graduates for an interview or not.
This topic is to get an impression of how much experience FMGs have and see where each individual applicant "stands" with his/her USCE as compared to others.
I think it would make sense to differentiate between Observership and "hands-on-experience" since most hospitals usually prefer the latter one. I believe this format may be easy and provides most important information
1. Observership/hands-on-rotation
2. length
3. area or hospital
4. subject (medicine, surgery etc.)
