1 yr clinical research experience, 8 month obsevership

tried 2 times , and didn't match
got 8 1st time , this time 5 iv
i worked really hard and improve iv skill this time
what to do next?
applied Fm , ped and psy
got only one iv from psy and no psy lOR , trying for psy observership or externship
beside that what to do , to improve for 2011 match
