i can not hear sound from my headset .just the sound heared from the pc so how i fix it ?

check ur head set. wires might not be working.First try same headset with diff device like diff computer or diff ipod, any music player. If id doesn't work then problem is in ur headset. If it works then problem is in computer n then check audio control (in ur pc) if head set is muted or very low volume etc then just unmute it and raise the vol. I m sure it will be fine. it works with skype but it dose not work ,music ,messenger ........
