9 month old baby brought by mother after injury with a discarded needle while playing in park, near sandbox. She brought the hypodermic needle too. the wound is deep punctured, clean on rt buttock. Baby got all vaccinations, including tetanus, hepa B and diphtheria etc. Next step?
1. DPT with Ig
2. only DPT
3. Hepa B
4. Take ID specialist's consultation
5. Immediately test the needle for HIV
