Hey neeraj notes are written by one of the then student n his name was dr.neeraj.
There are a couple of things in neeraj notes which are really good ...eg:picky eater case,nose bleed case and couple of pneumonics. Sorry to tell u that i have them in book form...no pdf,otherwise would have forwarded u. But u try searching online u should be getting it in pdf format
