can anybody tell pnemonic for dementia case.....if there anything for it?

You don't need Mnemonics for that,just ask Q related to onset,prog,duration,aggravation,alleviation,associated findings/symptoms......and ADL=imagine all we need to do once we get up in the morning.....e.g.take shower-->dress up-->cook food-->find keys-->drive-->to mart-->do shopping-->pay bill-->find way back home.And talk to caretaker as well............just tell the SP U will do that.
