usmle rleased item - lsa

Is the USMLE cd(released item) designed to show how the real exam look like or to mislead us about the exam. Did first two block and I felt sorry b/c I atleast know how difficult and lengthy is real exam . Too short and so picky....I mised 4 q out of 2 blocks.....Imagine I just finished UW with score 65.
Do you guys have the feeling??

lsa I know you from step 1 forum. So how much you scored in step 1 ? when is your step 2 ?

92/227. Just did NBME today all the 4 blocks....560/231.I wanted to take in about a month but it seems I need some hard work. What about you?

mine is 89/220....congrats your score is very good but i think your nbme was more for step 1 and according to that u got a little bit less but still it is very good. it seems that u r ready for the step 2...my exam is in mid august and i will take nbme within a week.

I got 570/234 one month before the exam and expected to get around 95 but still I am happy. I wish I do better in step 2...my exam is sept 1.
