I've download the test tutorail from USMLE website. But after I set up the software in my computer, the error message kept showing up....
Does anybody have this kind of situation before??

yes. because i had downloaded an older version on my PC, it wouldn't open the new one. Go back to your files and completely remove the older version if you have it on your PC and then try again loading the new one. Once I did that, it worked.
