hello forum,
i am in doubt regarding the coming application process.i am a img,2005 grad,us citizen...while going through the requirements of various residency positions,i came across chairs lor (of the concerned department) as a needed document.i dont have one and the chairman in internal medicine of my med college has changed since my graduation.
i do have 4 US lors,..do i really need the chairs letter,or what if an associate professor writes the letter for me in MY college...how much do the residency PDs value these chairman lors from india please help forum..
