a 72 yr old man is brought by his wife becuz of difficulty walking cognitive decline n urinary incontinence his wife say his short term memory is declined n has intermittent confusion on ex he has broad based short steppage gait with some reduction of height he is oriented to palce n person but not to time he learns 4 words with difficulty n after 5 mins cant recall any of them which of the following i smost likely explaination for urinary incontinence?
