restriction endonuclease sequence of chromosome DNA,restriction
fragment ligation into a plasmid vector containing Choramphenicol
resitance gene and Emycin resistance gene,transformation of Ecoli
cells with recombinant plasmid,DNA sequence of cloned inserts.If the
inserts are ligated into restriction site in the Emycin gene of the
