A 34yr old lady presented with irregular menses for 6 months. She had normal periods before. Her periods are variable with variable amount of bleed. She never got pregnant. On examination there is no tenderness per abdomen. Per vaginal examination didn™t reveal any tenderness. US scan is normal.
