i just got it yesterday
i chose A my reasons
severe acidosis
and accumulation of urea that mean liver can not detoxify it cuz of mitochondrial prb
the same is that mitochondrial inheritance is maternal and she has sister died in young age
i think there is a dis called leigh or something like tht
i may be wrong correct me
