Hi every body,
My Ds2019 was issued today and will be received by the program tomorrow. What is the next step? I am in the US right now. Should I apply for visa on my own? or ECFMG will do that?

As far as I know. You need to do this on your own. Fill out I-539 form and send to USCIS. Now let me remind you, the processing time takes 6-8 weeks. IF you opt for this option, then you may not be able to start residency till early august.
It is much better to do the embassy/consulate process. (much faster).

Pay the SEVIS fee, and apply for your visa, scedule an appointment with embassy, go to interview, then wait for your visa

DS 2019 is the DS form that comes after 2018, but before 2020. Once someone collects all of the 3000 DS forms, he becomes a US citizen, and wins a free trip to Mars (one way though).
