Back Pain Q - bumbaonline

A 34 yr old man presented with low back pain and morning stiffness. The stiffness eases when he starts to walk during the day. Though the stiffness goes away during walking but he gets short of breath after little walking.He also complains of diarrhea with sometimes blood in stool.His labs show Serum Ca- normal, PTH “ normal, Al Phos- normal. The MRI of pelvis is shown below.
