My ans is b) SIADH..
In diarrhea hematocrit will increase,and in isotonic Nacl infusion hematocrit will decrease and adrenal insuffi hematocrit will also increase..
only left SIADH..
BY the way IS this NBME question??

Hi Asifa, cg .you got it right. because in SIADH only is watter reabsorved, we have a hypoosmotic expansion. So, ECF increases and RBCs concentration should decrease, but it does not occur because RBC swell, thus, no change in concentration.
